Schwab Residence (Gulfstream, FL)

Built for A.O. Edwards Developer. Shoumate designed three different houses for this development, including Four Seasons and Coral Sands. The Schwab house was described by Shoumate as Scandinavian modern. It was built of cypress clapboards painted a rosy beige, with white trim and shutters, and a white cast stone terrace. W.S. Sloane provided the decoration and furnishings.
