Lambert Residence (Manalapan, FL)

Description

Gerard Lambert was a pharmaceutical businessman and advertising executive who coined the term, “always a bridesmaid never a bride” for Listerine. Lambert studied architecture at Columbia and was interested in home building. Wyeth built this unique property that had structures on the ocean and lake side of A1A with a tunnel connecting them. The Lambert house included marble columns and modern geometric details.
