Located on South Ocean Boulevard. Designed with Developer Robert Gottfried in the Regency Style.

This house was built for Russell P. Kelley. It is located on Everglades Island and displays a simple silhouette roof and long sweeping lines. Harding later designed a cabana for the Kelleys.
