Swenson Residence (Coral Gables, FL)

Volk was commissioned by Edward F. Swenson Jr., Senior Vice President at Southeast First National Bank of Miami and eventual owner of his own investment management firm, to build a traditional Bermuda Style residence. The large, U-shaped house has a typical hipped, white-tiled roof and a white stucco structure. The house is surrounded by a terrace and pool.
