Artist Roy V. MacNicol and wife Mary Starr MacNicol commissioned MacNicol Manor Apartments along with several Palm Beach apartment houses. The Neocolonial four apartment unit was eventually owned by Arthur Vining Davis, titan of the aluminum industry.
